What you'll be doing
- Full circle sales responsibility, managing end-to-end process from outbound to final contract closing
- Effective management of internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic prospect planning by industry and ICP
- Strategic development of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell potential
- Acquisition of new customers of various sizes and industries (depending on your experience level)
- Pitching the Staffbase vision to decision makers in Communication, HR and IT teams
- Representing Staffbase as an enthusiastic brand ambassador
- Close collaboration with marketing, customer success, renewal and product teams
- Contributing your own ideas and strategies
What you need to be successful
- Several years of experience in a B2B sales role – ideally in software/SaaS sales
- Strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
- High emotional intelligence and strong ability to identify and understand customer needs
- Passion, humor and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong closing abilities
- Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English skills
